Promotion Requirements and Conditions for Each Qualifying Deal

  1. Deal Criteria:
    • The deal must be a net new or upsell customer for NTSCOM that meets the promotion criteria and all terms and conditions set forth herein.
    • For upsell opportunities to an existing NTSCOM direct or indirect customer, the rebate payment will be paid on the incremental upsell value only.
    • All services in the purchase order need to be co-termed to reflect the same subscription term.
  2. Rebate Payment:
    • Rebate is only paid on one purchase order in the event of subsequent purchases unless the following criteria are met:
      • Subsequent orders with qualifying products must be closed within three (3) months from the date the deal registration is initially closed.
      • Minimum monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for the subsequent purchase must be at least double the MRR reflected in the original purchase order.
  3. Exclusions:
    • NTSCOM EDU SKUs and Bill on Behalf sales do not qualify for the promotion.
    • There is NO maximum rebate payout amount.

NTSCOM Workplace Bundles

  • For new customers, rebate payments will be calculated on the entire NTSCOM Workplace Bundle.
  • For existing customers, rebate payment calculation will be based on the incremental net new MRR provided of qualifying products that have not been previously purchased by the customer.
  • An NTSCOM Workplace Bundle that is replacing previously sold services will not qualify for a rebate payment if the net MRR is decreased compared to the previous MRR.
  • NTSCOM Workplace SKUs that include NTSCOM Phone that do not qualify for the Workplace + NTSCOM Contact Center incentive may qualify for the Zoom Phone incentive at 40% of the total qualifying NTSCOM Workplace MRR.

Deal Eligibility for NTSCOM Workplace + Other Services

  • Eligible NTSCOM Workplace and Other Services, including Other bundles, must be sold at the same time on a single purchase order. Deal registrations where either NTSCOM Workplace or Other Services are purchased in subsequent orders do not qualify.
  • Eligible NTSCOM Workplace Bundle Services must include NTSCOM Zoom Phone (NTSCOM Workplace Zoom Business Plus or NTSCOM Workplace Zoom Enterprise).
  • Each of the NTSCOM Contact Center user license count and the NTSCOM Workplace user license count must account for at least ten percent (10%) of the total number of NTSCOM Workplace and NTSCOM Zoom Contact Center licenses sold in the contract.
  • Qualifying deals must be at least $1000 net (incremental) MRR.

Deadlines

  • Deal registrations must be closed by NTSCOM (i.e., the purchase order must be signed) between May 15, 2025, and October 31, 2025. Deal registrations closed prior to May 15, 2025, are NOT eligible for this promotion. Submitted and deal registrations closed after 6 p.m. PST on October 31st, 2025, are NOT eligible for this promotion.
